4.F-theta Len:A lens operating near the focal plane of the objective lens is called a field lens. They are also known as: F Theta field lens, f-theta field lens, laser scanning focusing lens, flat field focusing lens. It is to change the position of imaging beam without changing the optical characteristics of optical system. Field mirrors are often used in optical systems at 1064nm, 10.6 micron, 532nm, and 355nm.
