A2: Our machines are easy to operate, first we will send you the operation manual and operation video, you operate according to the contents of the manual and video, second we will provide you with round-the-clock after-sales service, for your questions by phone, e-mail or video call to solve.

A3: This laser marking machine has three years guarantee. If the machine  has problem, firstly, our technician will figure out what the problem may be according to your feedback. And then if the parts break down under "normal use" in warranty periodand, we will provide parts replacement for free.

A4: We have a very wide range of models to choose from, including handheld laser welding machines, automatic laser welding machines, robotic laser welding machines and jewelry welding machines, marking machines, UV marking machines, CO2 marking machines, laser deep engraving machines, etc. Each laser has a different power, from 20W-3000W, depending on your project.

A5: In order to ensure the quality of our products and make our customers receive high quality laser machines. Our company has a strict process of material incoming inspection, stocking, material picking, machine production, quality inspection and outgoing inspection. For standard machines, it takes 5-7 working days; for non-standard machines and machines customized according to customers' specific requirements, it takes 15-30 working days.

A6: Yes, we have freight forwarders for sea and air transportation. If you choose our freight forwarder, you only need to pay the freight to us and our freight forwarder will arrange the shipment for you. Of course you can also choose your own freight forwarder to arrange the shipment, we will prove the EXW price to you and your freight forwarder will need to pick up the machine from our factory.
